That would describe John Deere 9610 combines, made back in 1998 - 1999, so now 17 to 18 years old. The 9610 pictured above just sold last Monday (September 12, 2016) on a farm auction in west-central Kansas. It was a 1999 model with 3,971 engine hours and went for $40,000. That is slightly above the average auction sale price on 9610's so far this year:
