Case IH 7110 2WD Tractor with only 155 Hours

Wow....a 1990 Case IH 7110 2WD tractor with only 155.7 hours on it. Check it out, pictured above. Marcus M. from North Dakota messaged me about this tractor this morning. Here's the story on it:
"Thought you might like this one, a 1990 7110 Case IH Magnum my grandpa bought new to seed all his farm land into CRP. Got it all done and parked it until he gave it to me in 2007. It has 155 hours on it as of today."
Case IH made the 7110 model (144 HP) from 1987 - 1993. For 14 years, from 1996 through 2010 I did not see a Case IH 7110 sell for more than $43,000 at auction. But since 2011 I've seen a number of very nice 2WD 7110's crack the $50K mark on sales. Here's the scoop:
